www wednesday

-| WWW Wednesday #16 |-

So, here we are with another WWW Wednesday which was originally hosted by A Daily Rhythm & then revived by Taking on a World of Words.

As always, I have linked the title of the book to it’s Goodreads pages (you’re welcome).

– What are you currently reading? –
– What did you finish recently reading? –
– What do you think you’ll read next? –

Let’s jump right in…

Demon (Six Stories #6) by Matt Wesolowski (Audio)
I really hope that this is not the end of the Six Stories series, I’ve devoured them all on audio since December. At this point I don’t think you need to hear me tell you how good these books are.

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Perfect (The Genesis Trilogy) by L.A. Kessler (eARC)
I recently mentioned this book in my recent additions to NetGalley shelf and straight away I started Perfect and I actually stayed up until 2:30am to finish this book. Perfect is already available so I really want to do a dedicated review post for it.

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

True Crime Story by Joseph Knox (Physical)
I really enjoyed the format of this book in terms of the emails, interviews and the odd article. I just felt like I had to keep forcing myself to read the book as it wasn’t as addictive as I was expecting.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

The Broken Room by Peter Clines (eARC)
I’m almost 50% into this book but I think I’ve been trying to read it for quite a while now and I just keep getting distracted by different books, hopefully I can get it finished soon!

Girl in Ice by Erica Ferencik (Audio)
I started this audiobook before my holiday, I’m not sure how I’m feeling about it but I’m back to work tomorrow so maybe I will carry on listening to it on my commute and we will see what happens.

The Mirror Man (Joona Linna #8) by Lars Kepler (Physical)
Finally I have the next instalment in the Joona Linna series, I was actually in the airport on the way to Kos and I squealed because I spotted it, this is one of my favourite series.

The Demon King (Seven Realms #1) by Cinda Williams Chima (Physical)

From the Deep by Kateri Stanley (eARC)

The Perfect Crime edited by Vaseem Khan and Maxim Jakubowski (Audiobook)

I was hoping to read so much more while I was on holiday but it was my first holiday being a parent so I was used to my holiday reading pre child.
What are you reading this week?
See you in the next one…
