I’ve been in a major reading mood recently, I’ve been starting so many books I just need to actually finish some.
Let’s jump in…

Beast (Six Stories #4) by Matt Wesolowski (Audio)
I’ve been listening to all of the books in this series on audio and I’ve just been devouring them. I love the structure and plots, each book is different with our same main character Scott King.
You can read more of my thoughts here.
The Paris Apartment by Lucy Foley (Audio)
I decided not to give the book the full 5 stars as it didn’t knock my socks off however it did keep me guessing until the very end and has cemented Foley as an author that I will continue to read from.

Rabbit Hole by Mark Billingham (Paperback)
I had been so excited to read this book for a little while and I did really enjoy it but I just wasn’t wowed. There were times that I felt like I was having to push myself to keep reading as it was dragging a little, I don’t think the pacing worked for me.
I included more of my thoughts in my wrap up.

Deity (Six Stories #5) by Matt Wesolowski (Audio)
So far I’m about 40% into this audiobook and it has not disappointed.
The Retreat (Detective Elin Warner #2) by Sarah Pearse (eARC)
I really enjoyed The Sanatorium last summer so I was excited to get approved for an early copy of the next book in the series on NetGalley and started reading it straight away. I’m now over halfway through and I’m loving it.
True Crime Story by Joseph Knox (Paperback)
I can’t say too much about this at the minute as I’m only 45 pages in but it’s definitely a unique structure which I’m enjoying.

Perfect (Genesis Trilogy Book 1) by L.A. Kessler (eARC)
Quicksand of Memory by Michael J. Malone (Audio)
This Might Hurt by Stephanie Wrobel (Hardback)

What are you reading this week?
See you in the next one…
