I don’t want to jinx it but I think I’m finally getting my reading mojo back!
It may be the fact that I’m a panellist for the Book Bloggers’ Novel of the Year Award and we are into the final! I’m reading three books for that with a deadline and this is exactly what I needed to bring me back.
As it’s Monday I thought I’d share with you the books I’ve recently finished, I’m currently reading and books I plan to read next…

Ranger’s Oath (Arc of Radiance/Fall of Radiance #1) by Blake Arthur Peel (eBook)
This book took me by surprise, I really enjoyed the characters and the friendship that developed between them.
4.5 Stars

Sleeping Giants (Themis Files #1) by Sylvain Neuvel (Audio)
I listened to this in two sittings while painting and I enjoyed the experience of the full cast. I’m definitely interested in carrying on with the series.

The Last Girl (The Dominion Trilogy #1) by Joe Hart (Audio)

I’ve only just started both of these books so I don’t have any opinions on them yet.

Marrow Charm (The Gate Cycle #1) by Kristin Jacques (eBook)

Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier (Audio)

  2. I keep on seeing Sleeping Giants around! Might have to look that one up. I just finished Where the Crawdads Sing, am trying to get through How to be an Antiracist for my book club, and next will pick up Girl Grrl Gurl for a NetGalley review.

    1. I’d been seeing Sleeping Giants everywhere too and I’m so glad I finally got to it because it’s such an interesting premise. I have How To Be an Antiracist on my radar so I’d love to know what you think of it! That’s an interesting title, I’ve never heard of it.

  4. Ooh, quite a few interesting looking titles on here that I’ve never heard of! Ranger’s Oath sounds really good and I will definitely be keeping that on my radar coz it looks like something I’d really enjoy 👀 Hope your renewed reading mojo keeps coming on strong and happy reading!
