So I haven’t been tagged in this but I’ve seen it doing the rounds and I thought that it would be fun to do.
Let’s get going…
Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?
Mindhunter: Inside the FBI’s Elite Serial Crime Unit by John E. Douglas, Mark Olshaker
I feel like I’ve been reading this book for the longest time. I’ve started it three times, once physical and twice audio, I love the idea of it but I just don’t like John Douglas, it comes across like he’s bragging about how important he was in all these cases and I just can’t gel with it.
Scythe (Arc of a Scythe #1) by Neal Shusterman
I started reading this on my eBook from my library app but I didn’t finish it before it was returned! I have it back on hold so hopefully will be able to carry on within the next two weeks.
Do you have an autumnal book to transition into the end of the year?
I don’t have specific books that I read or save for different seasons. However, I started my first ever re-read of Harry Potter as an adult a few months ago and now I’m on the Prisoner of Azkaban which I’m loving and it does actually feel like a good time of year to be reading it.
Is there a new release you’re still waiting for?
What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?
Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favourite book of the year?
Have you already started making reading plans for 2020?
Not really, I’ve just been thinking of trying to read the winners of the goodreads choice awards of 2019.
I’d love to read your answers to this tag if you have done it!
See you in the next one…
